SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our current processing times are 5-7 business days. We use Priority Mail through USPS, which typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive to its destination.
While we do our best to meet those shipping estimates, please be aware that they cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
We do, however, always want to ensure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact us at email@example.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
All orders are final, however, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund; we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
